Q: You have a promotional codes box. What are they? Tell me! I want money off!
A. Promotional codes are given promotions! Therefore if you haven't found one we won't tell be disclosing that secret information! Discount codes are given away at show stalls, with advertisements and as prizes.

Q: What payment methods can you take?
A. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal.

Q: How do I contact you?
A. Please visit our contact page for a veritable plethora of contact options! Please allow up to 48 hours for an email response. We do EVERY job ourselves, from packing your order to sweeping the floors! Please call us on 0161 484 5454 for a speedier response. Please note we may be driving ourselves into an early grave by working 7 days a week but we're only in the warehouse Monday-Friday 10.30-4.30. On weekends we treat ourselves to working at home all day!

Q: How long does it take for me to receive my order?

A. You will receive your lovelies within approximately:

  • UK: 2-5 working days
  • Europe: 4-21 working days
  • ROW: 7-28+ days

The majority of packages require a signature in order to be delivered so to save yourself a trip to the sorting office please have your item sent to an address where someone will be available to sign for your package, for example your workplace, or leave us a note in the comments box detailing a 'safe place' or neighbour you trust with your goodies!

A WORKING DAY is a weekday, not including public holidays and we print off orders first thing in the morning, so if you buy something later or out of office hours then it will not be processed until the next working day. Please bear this is mind when choosing shipping options (e.g. if you order at 6pm on a Friday your order won't be looked at until the following Monday)

You should receive an email with your tracking number from the courier if sent with Hermes or UPS however if you do not receive this or your item shipped with Royal Mail please send us an email and we will be happy to help. You CANNOT track your order through this website, that must be done through the courier delivering your parcel's own site.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, yes, yes! Anywhere, anytime, anything!

To see the shipping costs to your country please add the items you would like to your shopping cart, enter your address and country and the site will calculate costs. Please be aware of possible customs charges when importing goods into countries outside of the European Union, it is your responsibility to pay for these!

Q: I ordered X weeks ago. Where is my order?
A. Please firstly check that your item is not at the sorting office waiting for you to collect it. As many inland items require a signature to be delivered if you are out it cannot get to you unless you have designated a safe place. We can provide your tracking number to investigate and you can arrange a redelivery after you have tracked your item. Secondly if you have paid with Paypal, please take a look and see if your payment has been sent as an eCheque as these can take up to 14 days to clear. If it does turn out that you are one of the unfortunate cases that an item has become lost we try our hardest to make you happy, whether that is with a replacement or a refund. Please email us with any queries. Lost items MUST be reported within 21 days of dispatch otherwise we cannot file a claim with the courier.
Q: Is your online store safe to order from?
A. Absolutely. Your safety is super important to us! We use Sage Pay to process all of our credit and debit card transactions online and the site is hosted upon a secure server.
