Items are dispatched every weekday Monday-Friday, and our aim is to have your order dispatched the next working day or at least within 72 hours (weekends and bank holidays not included).

Please allow 14-28 days delivery for customised items, this is stated on all custom item pages and is to allow creation.

All UK items are sent Recorded or Special Delivery in the UK and Airmail, Airsure or International Signed For is used for the rest of the world. All items (apart from regular Airmail) have a tracking number so your item can be tracked on the www.royalmail.com homepage under the track an item section. Recorded Delivery items can only be tracked once delivery has been attempted.

We are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred upon the item entering your country.

Cancellations and returns

We believe that within 10 days you will know whether you love your item or not.

If within 10 days of arrival you change your mind regarding an item you have a further 10 days within which to return it to us as long as the following terms and conditions are met:

We MUST be informed by email of any returns within 10 days of your purchase arriving, your item's arrival date will be checked. Any requests made after 10 days of delivery will be offered an exchange only.

Items MUST be unused, with tags/labels still attached. If your item is damaged, used or has the labels unattached a restocking fee may be charged. No restocking fee is applicable in other cases. Please be aware of make-up and perfumes when trying on items. Also please be aware of creasing as excessive creasing will incur a restocking fee as items will have to be ironed and steam cleaned prior to resale.

Your item MUST be sent back to us via a tracked method to our warehouse address, this can be found on the top of your invoice.

Beadesaurus will not pay the postage for you to return your item to us, if you wish to return your item for a refund/exchange then it is your responsibility and duty to pay the return costs and the costs of redelivery should this be applicable.

Items bought in our shops or at tattoo conventions may be exchanged only, this is due to the products being physically seen prior to purchase unlike web orders.

Items are described to the best of our ability, always including measurements and sizes.

Please always read descriptions as well as looking at the pictures and we all know that cameras can lie and monitors display colours at different resolutions!

A picture is of one specific item and please bear in mind that there can be manufacturing differences between products in terms of colour depth or embellishments etc. With our Loungefly products, due to their special dyeing processes and variations in fabric, no two items are ever exactly the same. This is what makes each item unique. Slight irregularities are common however generally not noticible.

Please wash all printed items (t-shirts, hoodies etc) inside out in order to preserve the print.

Avoid getting jewellery wet, all jewellery will tarnish over time, even the finest gold and platinum, due to the acidity levels in the skin, however getting your item wet will speed up this process.

All sizes/measurements on this site are approximate.

In the rare case that you would like us to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible as orders are dispatched every day and therefore if your order has already been dispatched after we receive your request for cancellation the above refund policy will apply.
